Technicians are only allowed to respond to requests they are fully competent to handle. Official suggestions are NOT allowed to be given without prior inspection of the medical system in question. Should You take any suggestions from a technician without their prior inspection of the medical system in question, you will be doing so at your own risk.

Prices are not required and do not have to be given to customers under any circumstances. If prices are given over the forum, it is done so at your own risk. Prices must always state weather they are VAT inclusive or not.

All queries must please clearly state:
- The issue being experienced
- The equipment/software causing the issue (model as well) as well as the manufacturer's/brand name
- Clear images/video depicting the issue
- Your area of practice (eg. Gauteng) and contact details if you would like to be contacted personally

Please do not give out TeamViewer details over the forum for safety purposes. Request an email address to send your details to in order to keep it confidential.
